hi my name is Maricile Francois I’m from Philly I have family live in Boston Massachusetts that was my first time to Comfort Inn Randolph Boston It was great though I love everything breakfast the workers the very polite specially the manager I can’t think of the name he’s very polite and nice and the place is really clean I love it and I’m coming back again see you soon

The Staff made the stay something special The manager Kanny and all the reception and restaurant staff were very helpful, providing great services with a wonderful and friendly attitude. I would recommend and hope to stay there again. Thank you all! Maria Angelica Harvey

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Facility was clean.

very friendly staff, great value only problem was heat in the room didn’t work but in all honesty, I had an emergency and had to leave a couple of hours after arriving. i have no doubt that if I had the time to deal with it, I would have either been given another room or it would have been fixed. They did not have the opportunity to rectify this as I never told them due to dealing with the emergency and having to leave so quickly !

I loved that I got cookies upon arrival, very yummy! The staff were freindly and the Hotel was very clean. There was a breakfast bufffett option in the morning and also a smaller restaraunt that you could order from in the back, and also get Starbucks and other beverages. I had a buffalo chicken wrap that was delicious! Highly recommend this hotel. it is a little out of the way, but it is worth it! Parking was 20.00, but otherwise, totally would stay here again!
